Blank Unknown Bowl

I have a crush on my coworker and we've been working together for a month now (only 2-3 days a week though). We have a lot of similar interests (like the same obscure Icelandic bands, same unknown tv shows) and he invited me bowling with his friends after work 2 weeks ago. He and I went to his house before bowling and hung out for a bit (reading and laughing over 2nd hand books from the 1800's) and after bowling he invited me for a get together at his house the next night, which I didn't go to (doh!) because I was too tired. He's pretty social and always has something to talk about with everyone we work with because he has this wide pool of knowledge.

I have NO idea if he likes me. My gut usually tells me these things, but it comes up blank. I'm pretty decent looking, and like to consider myself intelligent and cultured. I really like this guy but am afraid of expressing my feelings since we work together and being rejected would be painfully awkward.
