whats the srtongest way to string nunchucks?
I am making my own nun-chucks at the moment. I am going all out on them, yesterday i bought exotic east Indian Rose Wood to make them out of. Soon I will get them turned and need to string or chain them. I am looking for the best way to string this to make sure they don't break like my last few pair! thanks for your help!
Rope has always been superior to chain. Chain pinches you and it is difficult to make the correct gap length between the two sticks. The proper gap between the sticks should be about the width of your wrist, or a bit shorter. As for how to string the Nunchaku, the best way is to triple string them. Most of the Nunchaku suppliers offer are only double strung (two strands between the sticks).
